Mary Jane rejoined the Abrahamse team in June of 2005. She worked part-time for 5 years for Abrahamse while her children were still at home. With all four safely launched and out of the house she returned full-time. Married to Wayne Stinnette since 1969 she has been around construction for over thirty years and has willingly and unwillingly participated in building three houses and numerous remodeling projects.

Mary Jane earned a BA in English and Psychology from LC and pursued a PhD in Psychology from the University of Georgia until the birth of her first son. She says, “All that psychology wasn’t in vain. I put it to good use raising four kids and staying married for 37 years.”

I’ve had the privilege of working for many good employers around Charlottesville and Abrahamse ranks as one of the best. There is truly a team spirit and family atmosphere at Abrahamse and I am happy to be here.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, sailing, working puzzles, and traveling.
