Pat Punch, Project Manager
Pat Punch joined Abrahamse & Co. in July 2006, bringing with him experience in commercial and residential construction in Baltimore and Charlottesville. A native of Nashville, Pat graduated from UVA with a degree in Civil Engineering in 1973 and, with the exception of five years in Baltimore, has lived in Charlottesville ever since. He has managed projects ranging from large commercial to custom residential, including office buildings, banks, hospitals, motels, restaurants, schools, apartments, manufacturing plants, and fine homes. After 20 years of construction, Pat shifted into real estate, representing buyers and sellers in numerous transactions in the area Patrick remains a licensed real estate broker in Virginia.
When Patrick decided to return to construction after twelve years in real estate in the Charlottesville area, he was pleased to find a match with Abrahamse & Co.
"This company not only has really great people, it has a wonderful way of working. Decision-making is open and inclusive, making it a pleasure to be part of the team." His first project at Abrahamse was expansion of the UVa Alumni Hall ballroom. He's glad to be back in the construction business, coming home with dirt on his boots once again. During off hours, Patrick remains busy with remodeling his 1920's home in Charlottesville, hiking the Blue Ridge, rowing on the Rivanna Reservoir, or sailing on the Potomac with his wife on their 26 foot sloop. He has also enjoyed working with the Building Goodness Foundation.
