Harry joined Abrahamse and Co. in 1987 after working as a carpenter for Cato Powell and the University of Virginia. Harry is a “can-do” man, who will tackle any project and make it look like something. He has acted as supervisor on new residential as well as renovation projects, but he is best known as “Mr. Reliable”, ready to plug in where needed to give any project a lift. When asked which jobs he enjoyed most, he replied, “I enjoyed all of them as long as the cold wind didn’t blow too hard.” Harry built his own house in the late sixties and has built cabinets, furniture, and done wood turning on his lathe. His main hobby (or obsession) is fishing. He has produced well on company fishing trips, landing mahi-mahi, tuna, mako shark, sailfish, and many others.
